Q: How to join Esball?
A: Please click "JOIN US" and correctly fill out the information and you can immediately log in!
Q: My name has displayed taken when I'm registration, how can I do?
A: Display name has been registered when registering, please contact your customer service staff to help you make data comparison and adjustment.
Q:How can I do if I forgot my account / password?
A: If you forget your password you can click [Forgot your password] on the homepage, the system will send the password to your mailbox which left when registering. If you forget your account, please contact the online customer service, the staff will assist you to retrieve account.
Q: How can I do if my account has frozen?
A: The account display freeze is because the password has been entered incorrectly many times and it may cause the system to security lock to start, please contact your online customer service department to help you lift the freeze.
Q: How can I change my password?
A: Click the [Member Center -> My Account -> Basic Info.]to change the password.
Q: How can I change the personal registration information?
A: After successful registration, the fill in data will not change on their own. If necessary, please contact your online customer service to help you make the changes.
Q: Can I reopen a new account?
A: esball only accept one time registration per member, and the multiple registrations under same member's name is forbidden.
Q: Can I delete/cancel my account?
A: esball will not delete/cancel member's account for any reasons. However, members can apply to freeze their account into the suspension status.
